Are you seeking a warm, informed, and accessible space to embark on your journey toward emotional well-being?

In addition to providing services for couples and LGBTQIA youth, I offer a safe and nurturing environment for individuals seeking therapy and personal growth.

Therapy is a collaborative journey. I embrace a progressive and educational approach, ensuring you have the tools and insights to navigate life's challenges with resilience and strength. Many of my clients seek support to navigate anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence, and supporting their endeavor to heal and grow is my passion.

While my primary focus is on supporting members of the LGBTQ community, my doors are open to individuals from all walks of life. I recognize the importance of creating a space where everyone feels valued and understood. I am committed to being inclusive of everyone seeking support and creating a space where you can be your authentic self.

Neurodivergence and Your Unique Journey

I offer therapy to many neurodivergent patients. Whether your challenges involve ADHD, Autism, or a combination of the two, I am well-versed in helping build skills to work with your unique brain — rather than against it.

I am here to facilitate your journey in strengthening emotional regulation skills, building resilience, and navigating complex areas such as neurodivergent disordered eating – all while fostering an environment free from judgment. Dopamine-chasing habits are a common struggle for neurodivergent adults and can be extraordinarily challenging, but these can be managed with the right tools.

Let’s improve your quality of life — together.

Are you the right therapist for me if I don’t fit your main focus areas?

Many individual patients, particularly if they are not LGBTQIA or in a couple, come with concerns about taking up space. They worry if they’re the right fit for my services and about taking up resources that others might need.

Truly, rest assured: you are not. I offer therapy to adult individuals for a reason, and it is in no way overstepping to reach out if you think we may be a great fit.

I value every individual who reaches out to me. My commitment to inclusivity extends to ensuring you find the support you're seeking, regardless of your background or identity.

Remember, you're not alone – together, we'll navigate the path toward a healthier, happier you.
